SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Accessories, sale items, gift cards, custom items, and personal care products are final sale and non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
To request a return, email customercare@theabellastorm.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected.
